Ash is a specialist MSK physiotherapist, graduating with a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from Brunel University in 2018. Since graduating, Ash worked in both NHS and private setting as a musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapist, and has had exposure to a wide scope of clinical presentations and patient concerns. He has treated all types of upper and lower limb joint and muscle pain, and has a particular interest in knees and ankles.
Ash also has an undergraduate degree in Cell and Molecular Biology, which has given him a well-rounded understanding of anatomy and body mechanics. Alongside this, he has over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, and a keen interest in strength & conditioning, and extensive knowledge of exercise prescription. Ash believes in a patient-centred approach to rehab, and always aims to take a rounded and holistic approach to treatment.
