Dr Dean Noimark qualified from University College London Medical School in 2000. He underwent specialist training in General and Geriatric Medicine in London and was appointed Consultant Physician at the Royal Free Hospital in 2009.
Dr Noimark sees people with acute general medical problems, frailty, falls, dementia and rehabilitation. He has a special interest in the care of older patients undergoing surgery including both pre-operative and post-operative assessment and has published work on this subject.
Dr Noimark is clinical lead for the Orthogeriatric Service at the Royal Free Hospital.
Dr Noimark has a keen interest in medical education and is both an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at University College London Medical School and a Foundation Programme Director at the Royal Free Hospital. He is Deputy Module Lead at the Medical School for Medicine for Older People.
