Mr Edward Ibrahim is a Consultant Upper Limb Surgeon specialising in injuries and painful conditions affecting the arm, including complex nerve problems. He is committed to achieving precise diagnoses, combining clinical expertise with the latest research into the biomechanical causes of upper limb conditions. This allows him to recommend treatments that optimise recovery while reducing the risk of recurrence.
He adopts a conservative approach wherever possible, with many conditions managed successfully without surgery. When surgery is required, Mr Ibrahim offers a full range of procedures across the shoulder, upper arm, elbow, forearm and wrist, including advanced minimally invasive keyhole techniques.
At St John & St Elizabeth Hospital, Mr Edward Ibrahim provides expert assessment and treatment for both acute injuries and chronic conditions, supporting patients in returning to normal function and, where relevant, sport.
Mr Edward Ibrahim has a strong background in sport, having captained the University of London tennis team and continuing to represent The Queen’s Club. His experience gives him valuable insight into the needs of patients aiming to return to racket and overhead sports.
