Catherine Rabess is an experienced Registered Dietitian and author specialising in gastroenterology and complex nutrition support. She has been practicing for over 14 years with a focus on functional gut disorders including acid reflux disease, SIBO and IBS, gastroparesis, gut dysmotility, colorectal surgery and Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Catherine’s expertise also covers undernutrition and enteral nutrition in the areas of frailty, bowel disease, neurological disabilities and conditions. As well as individualised support in women’s health.
Caff works in the NHS as a Clinical Lead for a community Nutrition and Dietetic service and also in private practice at St John and St Elizabeth Hospital.
She is a media spokesperson for British Dietetic Association and uses her online platform to share tips and advice on gut health and nutrition. Catherine writes and has been an expert speaker on multiple platforms including radio, podcasts, panel talks, webinars and conferences. Her articles have featured in Women’s Health, The Stylist, i paper, BBC, The Times, Sainsbury’s, Tesco Food and Waitrose to name a few. As well as brand partnerships with leading food companies Danone, Oatly, Yakult and Quorn.
She is passionate about diversifying dietetics and empowering individuals to optimise their gut health, using a holistic approach. As well as supporting marginalised groups in improving their nutrition.
