Dr David Simon is a Consultant Gastroenterologist and Advanced Endoscopist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, one of the UK’s leading academic hospital groups. He provides expert Private Gastroenterology care for patients experiencing a wide range of digestive symptoms and gastrointestinal conditions.

Dr Simon specialises in the diagnosis, investigation and treatment of disorders affecting the digestive system, including bloating, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, acid reflux (GORD), dyspepsia, anaemia and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO). He is known for his patient-centred approach, combining clinical expertise with clear, reassuring communication to help patients understand their condition and treatment options.

Alongside his general gastroenterology practice, Dr Simon has a specialist interest in pancreatic and biliary (hepatopancreatobiliary) diseases, including conditions affecting the pancreas, bile ducts and gallbladder. He trained in both Paris and London and has extensive experience in advanced diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy.

Dr Simon performs more than 1,000 endoscopic procedures each year, including gastroscopy, colonoscopy, endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP).
