Dr Fishman holds a substantive NHS Consultant Dermatologist post at London Northwest Healthcare NHS Trust (Northwick Park and St Mark’s Hospitals). She has over a decade of experience in dermatology in the UK.
Education:
Dr Fishman qualified from the University of London (St George’s Hospital Medical School) in 2004. After training in general surgery and general medicine, she chose to specialise in dermatology. She completed higher specialist dermatology training at Addenbrookes Hospital, University of Cambridge. During her training she regularly taught dermatology to University of Cambridge undergraduates.
Clinical work:
Dr Fishman performs screening, diagnosis and surgical treatment of all types of benign and malignant skin lesions. She has run complex medical dermatology clinics including conditions requiring complex management such as systemic and biological therapy. She has been principal investigator for key clinical trials and has published both nationally and internationally. She has taught dermatology to undergraduates, postgraduates and GPs. Dr Fishman consults adults with all types of skin problems.
