Dr Leslie deals with all aspects of skin conditions in adults and children including special interests in acne, eczema, psoriasis, mole checks, skin cancer, rosacea, skin allergy and urticaria.
Dr Leslie is a highly experienced General Adult Consultant Dermatologist, with extensive knowledge in her field, dealing with all skin conditions, diseases and rashes. She has been practicing for over 20 years as a Consultant Dermatologist. She undertook her Dermatology training at the University College Hospital, London. Dr Leslie specialises in all skin conditions, dealing with skin allergy and associated rashes, eczema, acne, mole checks, skin cancer/lesions, rosacea and psoriasis to name a few. She is available to do mole checks, and perform cryotherapy for both viral warts and seborrheic warts. All of which she undertakes privately, for adult patients. She also has an academic interest in urticaria, rosacea and itch for which she is involved in national and international guidelines for these conditions.
Dr Leslie is the Honorary Secretary at the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD) and currently, the Secretary of the Paediatric Chronic Urticaria Task Force of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI). Further to this, she has been the President of the Clinical Immunology and Allergy section of the Royal Society of Medicine (RSM) and has been the Secretary of the RSM Dermatology section.
In addition to her clinical and collegiate activities, Dr Leslie has published extensively in various journals and textbooks (including Rook’s Textbook of Dermatology and Treatment of Skin Disease). She has an international reputation and has been an author on a number of publications. Dr Leslie is regularly an invited speaker at both national and international conferences.
