Dr Bangalore is a Consultant Paediatrician with over 27 years of experience. He cares for children from newborns to 16 years of age.
While he manages a wide range of paediatric conditions, he has particular interests in:
- All general paediatric issues
- Paediatric Allergy
- Paediatric Cardiology
- Paediatric Emergency Medicine
- Newborn and feeding issues
- Common paediatric dermatological problems
He completed his postgraduate training in paediatrics in India, earning a Master’s degree in Paediatrics. He then went on to broaden his clinical experience across several leading hospitals in London, including:
- Royal Brompton Hospital
- St Mary’s Hospital
- Hillingdon Hospital
- Ealing Hospital
These experiences led to his current role at Northwick Park Hospital, where he continues to support children and families with compassion and clinical excellence. Since October 2024, he is also serving as the Clinical Director of Paediatrics at London Northwest University Healthcare NHS Trust.
Beyond his clinical responsibilities, Dr Bangalore is actively involved in teaching and professional development. He serves as an MRCPCH Examiner and contributes to the writing and review of questions for the MRCPCH Clinical Examination. He also teaches MRCPCH candidates and fifth-year medical students from Imperial College London. Additionally, he plays a key role in organising the Paediatric Grand Rounds, which foster regular knowledge-sharing among healthcare professionals.
To support his leadership role in healthcare, Dr Bangalore has completed the Senior Leader Level 7 Qualification through Imperial College and the Corndel Executive Development Programme.
Dr Bangalore is married with two daughters. He moved to UK from India in 2002 for further training. Outside work he has a keen interest in cricket, cycling, and trekking.
