Hospital Services Fully Restored Following Local Water Outage

Earlier today, St John & St Elizabeth Hospital experienced disruption following a local water outage. This was due to a burst water pipe in the surrounding area.
Our Estates team worked closely with Thames Water throughout the incident to support the safe restoration of services across the hospital.
We are pleased to confirm that Thames Water has now reconnected the hospital’s water supply and all services have fully resumed.
We would like to thank our staff for their exceptional professionalism, teamwork and commitment throughout the disruption, ensuring patients and visitors were well communicated with.
We would also like to thank our patients, visitors and consultants for their patience and understanding during a challenging situation.
