Sam graduated from Kings College London in 2010. He has previously worked as a Rotational Physiotherapist at West Middlesex University Hospital, a Specialist Orthopaedic Physiotherapist in the Enhanced Recovery Pathway at King’s College Hospital and a Trauma and Orthopaedic Physiotherapist at St George’s Hospital in London. He has also worked as a Specialist Orthopaedic Physiotherapist in Limb Reconstruction at King’s College Hospital.
Sam specialises in orthopaedic physiotherapy and rehabilitation, with a special interest working with amputees, post-pelvic fractures, hip and knee operations and Limb Reconstruction Surgery.
Sam is the Clinical Lead Specialist Orthopaedic Physiotherapist at the hospital, and works in conjunction with the Orthopaedic Surgeons to make sure your rehabilitation is optimised and begins immediately post-operation. He will guide you through the initial stages of the rehabilitation process until you leave hospital and then liaise with outpatient physiotherapists to ensure seamless care and help you achieve the optimum outcome after you operation.
Sam is fully registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). He also belongs to the Association of Trauma and Orthopaedic Chartered Physiotherapy (ATOCP) special interest group.
