The results of the Bupa Patient Satisfaction survey are in and we are delighted to report that 100 per cent of patients said that they would definitely recommend our Hospital to friends, family or colleagues.
Our 100 per cent score puts us well above the average for Hospitals in London, which was just 90 per cent.
Other results of the survey include:
- 100 per cent of patients rated the care they received at our Hospital as Excellent or Good
