Mr Abdul Ahmed works as a Consultant Surgeon for London North West Healthcare University NHS Trust and Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust. As a mouth, jaw and face surgeon he has a degree both in dentistry and medicine.
Mr Ahmed treats condition that affects the mouth, jaw, neck and face. This includes removal of wisdom teeth and retained roots, major complex head and neck cancer, jaw disorders, salivary gland disease and facial skin cancer.
Patients and referring doctors can contact Mr Ahmed’s office to make appointments and referrals. In most cases Initial appointments can be arranged within a few days. Mr Ahmed holds private clinics in Windsor, and London during the week.
Mr Abdul Ahmed has a strong interest in teaching and training. This includes running courses in Reconstructive Surgery, ATLS, and Microvascular surgical techniques. He is an Educational supervisor in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery for the London School of Surgery.
He is also a Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer for Queen Mary University of London. He has a keen interest in technological developments in surgery and its application to improving patient care.
