Hospital Named As Leading London Healthcare Provider
The Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth has been rated as the UK’s top private hospital in the latest BUPA survey.
A record 84% of patients said they would recommend the hospital to a family or friend – 8% above the UK and national average.
CEO Caroline Fox said “I am thrilled by the results which epitomise our ethos of providing an excellent standard of care for all patients”.
The Hospital received exceptional scores with an industry leading 94% of patients rating overall standard of care as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’. This result placed the hospital well ahead of the UK and national average.
The result comes as the hospital recently opened its state-of-the-art ward, St Andrew’s Ward. This development is part of the hospitals ambitious long term development plan. The plan focuses on modern and pioneering building developments and a continued focus on delivering an excellent standard of care.
