Join us on Saturday 13 May 2017, as we Paint the Park Pink for St John’s Hospice.
Our 5k walk will commence at 11am following a memorial balloon release, where walkers will have the chance to attach dedications to their very own pink balloon, before releasing it into the sky. This year, we truly are painting the park pink.
All profits raised will help fund the palliative care we provide to over 3,000 terminally ill patients and their families every year.
Walkers should meet at St John’s Hospice at 10.30am wearing pink and raring to go. Your £10 registration fee includes a special pink Hospice t-shirt, available for collection on the day. Pink extras are encouraged!
The walk route takes us through St John’s Wood and around Regent’s Park, where walkers can take in the views over the lake and pass by the edge of ZSL London Zoo before returning to the Hospice for refreshments. The route is suitable for all ages and abilities, and dogs are also welcome, with a special prize for the best dressed pooch!
Balloon dedications are available to all participants and their friends and families, and are included in the registration fee. Simply come to our Hospice stall when you arrive on the day, and you will be given your balloon and dedication tag.
