We are delighted to share our latest patient feedback survey results,
- 99.3% of patients are likely to recommend us to friends or family
- 97.9% rated the overall quality of care as excellent or very good
- 99.3% had complete confidence and trust in the consultant treating them
Rated the best for nursing in the UK’s latest BUPA patient survey, the Hospital goes from strength to strength in providing first class care across specialist units and St John’s Hospice.
The results come as the Hospital embarks on a new £32million development to expand and improve facilities. CEO Caroline Fox said, ‘We are delighted with this patient feedback, which is a testament to our fantastic clinical and nursing teams. The next few years will be an exciting time for our Hospital as we continue to put patient care at the centre of everything we do.’
