Fredrica Windless is an Independent Dietitian who is registered with the Health & Care Professional Council Registration. (HCPC). Fredrica is also a member of the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and specialist groups including Parenteral, Enteral Nutrition Gastroenterology (PENG) groups.
Fredrica worked in the NHS for 20 years seeing both adults and children with a range of nutrition health related problems before moving into Private Practice in 2019.
Adults
Fredrica specialises in Nutrition support, tube feeding, weight management, parenteral nutrition and gastroenterology including IBS (FODMAP) Inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s & Ulcerative Colitis) and neuro rehabilitation.
Fredrica has extensive experience with managing adults with different feeding tubes, these includes changing balloon retained gastrostomies, changing PEG ends and troubleshooting.
Paediatrics – aged 2 and over
Fredrica also specialises in faltering growth, constipation, nutrition deficiencies, childhood obesity and tube feeding.
